AUSTIN, Texas鈥擳oday, AISD students and teachers will learn about geothermal energy from Andr茅s Ruzo, a geoscientist and National Geographic Young Explorers grantee.
What: Ruzo, who works in Peru and focuses on geothermal energy, will share his work with elementary students studying this topic in their science classrooms. His presentation, including information in both English and Spanish, will inspire students of both languages and connect their studies in science with how they might be future pioneers in science. Teachers are invited to a separate presentation at the 果冻传媒app Nature and Science Center.
