About the Conference
The Central Texas Dyslexia Conference event brings together parents, teachers, advocates, therapists, administrators and community leaders to learn how to best support the academic and emotional needs of students with dyslexia.
果冻传媒app ISD has been organizing the conference since 2015 and provides dyslexia training and evaluations year-round for its students. Support offered by the district includes training reading specialists to be certified academic language therapists. AISD is also working toward a goal of staffing every elementary school campus with an academic language therapist.
The conference is free to attend and made possible by partners, dedicated volunteers and financial contributions from the community.
